Meet Chantel Magrino

Meet Chantel Magrino, one of the members of the KB Premier Group. She was born and raised right here in sunny south Florida. She spent her first years in Sunrise, then moved to Southwest Ranches, where she spent most of her childhood and early adulthood. She now resides in Plantation, so she knows Broward County like the back of her hand! 

Chantel always had a true passion for real estate and finally decided to earn her license years ago. She would tell you this was truly the best decision she ever made! She has taken everything she has learned in customer service and merged it right into her real estate career. She loves touring with buyers, setting up listing appt for sellers, and even scoping out different rental properties for those who prefer to rent. 

Chantel loves meeting new people, whether they become her clients, refer her to their friends, or just become new friends of hers! Chantel absolutely loves the water and is constantly on lakes in Sebring or in the ocean, down in the Keys. Real estate has opened up so many doors for her and she now markets all the way from the Keys to Ocala! So, if she's not at the office you can find her somewhere on a boat, but don't worry she has a waterproof phone case for a reason, so she is always one call away for all of your real estate needs!
