Kyle Belanger is an active full time Real Estate professional and founder of the KB Premier Group at Lokation. He was born and raised in South Florida and currently living in Plantation, FL with his wife, two children and crazy but loveable two dogs. Being a Florida native, he loves all that South Florida has to offer.
 
Work Experience: In his early career before real estate, he was in Hospitality for almost 15 years. He managed and overlooked some of the most prestigious and extravagant properties in Miami/Fort Lauderdale. Ranging from YOLO, Barton G the Restaurant, and the Versace Mansion on Ocean Drive. He has always used his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.
 
Work Ethic: By making a industry leap into real estate from hospitality he knows the importance of customer service and having a strong work ethic. He believes customer service is not just a job, its a lifestyle. 
 
"My passion for real estate began when my wife and I bought our 1st home. The overall process was absolutely amazing that delivered a tidal wave of emotions and paperwork, mostly paperwork. In addition to fulfilling all of our needs and goals being a first time homebuyer, it was also very important on finding the right home for our growing family. I knew after that I would love to deliver the same unforgettable experience to my future clients. So I am extremely passionate about the needs and goals of my clients and treat them as if they were my own family."
 
Personal: In my free time I love to be with my family and enjoy outdoor activities from the parks, beaches and local community sports events. I also love to cook and explore all new eateries with my wife in the area. I attend real estate events to stay on top of the market but also educate myself where I am armed with top notch information and market insights so that my clients can make the best decisions possible.
